Role overview
You’ll build AI that earns its place in production: agents, RAG/workflows, document intelligence, and integrations into CRMs, ERPs, and internal tools. We’re looking for a senior engineer who has shipped beyond demos—someone who cares about reliability, evaluation, and measurable operational value.
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years software engineering with deep AI/ML or LLM production experience
- Build and deploy agents, pipelines, and AI features with clear guardrails
- Work across Python and modern TypeScript/Node services as needed
- Integrate models with APIs, databases, and business systems safely
- Partner with product and clients to turn messy ops problems into AI systems
Nice to have
- Experience with OCR, email intelligence, or workflow automation
- Cloud deployment familiarity (AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD)
