You’ll be the front line on Upwork for Revilen: craft winning proposals, respond fast to invitations, qualify clients, and keep communication sharp while coordinating with engineering and delivery. Success looks like higher reply rates, better-fit projects, and clients who stay.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years managing Upwork (or similar marketplace) client workflows
- Write clear, high-converting proposals tailored to each job post
- Qualify leads quickly—budget, timeline, scope, and technical fit
- Coordinate handoff to technical leads without dropping client trust
- Track pipeline, follow-ups, and client feedback in a simple system
Nice to have
- Background in IT services, software freelancing, or agency BD
- Strong written English and async communication habits
