Problem statement
What was broken in the real operation
SS Construction managed projects across sites where PMs used group chats for updates, photos lived on personal phones, and material requests were verbal. When something slipped—a delayed pour, a missing delivery—the office found out late. Contractors asked for the same instructions three times because nothing was pinned to the project record.
Construction reality: dusty sites, patchy connectivity, and people who won’t open a 40-field ERP on a phone. The system had to be fast, mobile-first, and tied to milestones—not corporate theater.
